Definitions
These General Conditions of Use and Sale (hereinafter the "T & Cs") are offered by Sandy Point SA, with capital of CHF 110,000, a company registered in the Geneva Trade Register under number CHE-193.680.291 , whose registered office is at Route de Denges 8, 1027 Lonay (hereinafter “Sandy Point”).Hereinafter we will designate:
